Hinco Instruments calibrates and repairs instruments for industry across Western Australia — mining, oil and gas, food and beverage manufacturing, water utilities, universities, government departments and agriculture (see all industries we serve). Our ISO 9001 laboratory in Canning Vale has been doing this work for seventy years, and our technicians travel to site across the state.

Temperature calibration
Temperature is the discipline on our NATA scope, accredited to ISO/IEC 17025 — the international standard for testing and calibration laboratories. The procedures, equipment and people behind a temperature certificate have been independently assessed, and the result is recognised well beyond Australia. It supports regulatory, audit and quality-system requirements including ISO 9001 and GMP.
Thermocouples, RTDs, probes, data loggers, dry-block calibrators, ovens, furnaces, baths and environmental chambers, across roughly −75 °C to 1,000 °C depending on the device. We set calibration points to match the range you actually work in.

Accreditation No. 21447. Everything outside temperature is traceable calibration rather than NATA-accredited, and we will always tell you which you are getting.

Anemometer calibration
Vane, mechanical, thermal and small cup anemometers, calibrated from 0 to 10 m/s.
Pressure calibration
Pressure gauges, transmitters, switches and process calibrators, plus backflow prevention device testing.
Environmental monitoring
Humidity meters, light and lux meters, sound level meters, tachometers and psychrometers.
Water quality & sensors
pH, conductivity, dissolved oxygen, chlorine and turbidity sensors and analysers, with calibration solutions supplied as required.
Dimensional & mechanical
Ultrasonic thickness gauges and micrometers, certified with as-found and as-left readings.
Torque wrench calibration
Click-type, mechanical and digital torque wrenches from 10 to 1,000 N·m. Wrenches accepted by post from anywhere in Australia.
Electrical test equipment
Multimeters, clamp meters, insulation testers, RCD testers, multifunction testers and current loop calibrators.
Electrofusion welders
The authorised Georg Fischer service agent in WA, including the GF+ MSA 2.1 Automatic Electrofusion Unit.
Gas detectors
Portable single-gas and multi-gas monitors in our workshop, and fixed gas detection calibrated on site.
On-site & field calibration
Installation, commissioning and field calibration across WA, including fixed and portable gas detection and pneumatic instrumentation.
Trade waste monitoring systems
Flow, pH, ORP and conductivity instrumentation for discharge to sewer, plus on-site sampling and a written report.

If your instrument is not listed, get in touch — the list is not exhaustive and we service all major makes and models.
Installation, commissioning and on-site work
Some instruments cannot leave the plant. Our technicians install, commission and calibrate on site across Perth metro and regional Western Australia, and are trained and experienced in AS/NZS 60079 hazardous area requirements. Work covers trade waste monitoring systems, instrument tubing, pneumatic instrumentation, and fixed and portable gas leak detection.
