The Ametek Jofra PTC Professional Temperature Calibrator is a portable dry block temperature calibrator designed for precision on-site calibration of thermocouples, RTDs and temperature transmitters. Available in three models — the PTC-155 B covering -35 to 155°C, the PTC-350 B covering 33 to 350°C, and the PTC-660 B covering 50 to 660°C — the PTC series addresses the full range of industrial temperature calibration requirements in a single, trusted platform.
The PTC delivers ±0.02°C set-point stability, making it suitable for calibration work where accuracy and repeatability are critical. A built-in reference sensor is included as standard, with an external reference probe input available for higher-accuracy applications. The 25 mm insert well accepts a wide range of precision sensor inserts, allowing simultaneous calibration of multiple sensors. The dual LCD display shows set-point and measured temperature at a glance, and the universal AC mains power supply (100–240 V) works on any site.
For hazardous area work, ATEX/IECEx Zone 2 certified models are available, and an optional battery pack enables fully portable, mains-free operation in the field. The PTC is compatible with AMETEK’s range of calibration management software, supporting NATA-traceable calibration records.
