The Major Tech MT2005 combines a professional true-RMS digital multimeter with a built-in 120×120 pixel thermal imager on a 2.8-inch colour TFT display — letting you measure and see heat at the same time. It reads DC/AC voltage to 1000V, DC/AC current to 10A (and up to 3000A with a flexible coil), resistance to 60 MΩ, capacitance to 6 mF, frequency to 10 MHz and duty cycle to 95%.
Temperature is covered by K-type (-40 to 600 °C) and the thermal camera (-20 to 260 °C), with diode and continuity tests built in. The double-moulded, IP65-rated housing withstands tough environments, and safety ratings are CAT IV 600V / CAT III 1000V.
