The Major Tech MT1882 is a rugged industrial true-RMS digital multimeter with a 6000-count backlit LCD and 61-segment bargraph. It measures up to 1000V AC/DC, plus temperature (-20 to 1000 °C), resistance to 60 MΩ, capacitance to 4000 µF and frequency from 10 Hz to 10 MHz.
An IP67-rated, double-moulded rubber case makes it waterproof and dustproof for tough environments, and the meter is protected against rotary-switch changes with up to 1000V applied. Non-contact voltage detection turns the LCD backlight red above 110V AC, while MIN/MAX recording, data hold, an integrated test-lead holder and auto power-off make it a dependable everyday tool. Rated CAT IV 600V / CAT III 1000V.
