The Gems LS-1950 is a heavy-duty single-point float level switch for oils, water and chemicals at higher temperatures and pressures. It is built from FDA-compliant materials, so it can also be used where the switch is in contact with food products.
A hermetically sealed reed switch provides the level signal, and the robust design holds up in pressurised and corrosive service. Typical uses include pressurised process vessels, food and beverage plant, hot oil and thermal fluid tanks, and chemical storage. Pressure and temperature ratings are in the LS-1950 datasheet.
