TWTG Neon Vibration Sensor

The TWTG Neon Vibration Sensor is a wireless condition-monitoring device that helps maintenance teams catch developing faults before they cause failure. It continuously detects changes in vibration amplitude on rotating and reciprocating assets such as engines, motors, pumps, fans and conveyor belts, and alerts engineers as soon as readings move outside normal patterns. This early warning supports predictive, condition-based maintenance, reducing unplanned downtime, secondary damage and lost production.

Using Industrial IoT technology, the sensor communicates wirelessly over LoRaWAN for long range and years of battery life, and installs quickly on both new and existing equipment.
