Wireless LoRaWAN pressure sensor for digital and analogue workflows. Retrofittable, with up to 10 years battery life, IECEx/ATEX certification and a -1 to 1000 bar range — ideal for predictive maintenance.
The TWTG Neon Pressure Sensor is an advanced wireless device for continuous pressure measurement across both digital and analogue workflows. Designed for predictive maintenance, it monitors process pressure and alerts operators the moment readings breach set tolerances, helping prevent failures and unplanned downtime. Its retrofittable design lets it replace or augment existing gauges without major rework.
The sensor communicates wirelessly over LoRaWAN and offers up to ten years of battery life, so it can be deployed in remote or hard-to-cable locations and left to run. It is IECEx and ATEX certified for hazardous-area Industrial IoT (I-IoT) applications, covers a measuring range of -1 to 1000 bar (digital) or -1 to 600 bar with gauge, and operates from -40°C to 70°C. Mounting options include UNF, NPT, metric and G thread. Contact Hinco for range selection, process connections and deployment support.
