Major Tech MT962 Bargraph Moisture Meter
Bargraph moisture meter for timber (6–44%) and building materials such as plaster, concrete and mortar (0.2–2.0%). Integral replaceable pin electrodes, resistance measuring principle, ~0.8 s sampling and LCD bargraph.
The Major Tech MT962 measures moisture in sawn timber (6–44%) and in hardened materials such as plaster, concrete and mortar, plus drywall, cardboard and paper (0.2–2.0%). It uses the electrical-resistance principle via integral, replaceable 8 mm pin electrodes.
Readings appear on an LCD bargraph in about 0.8 seconds, with ±1% (wood) / ±0.05% (material) accuracy and auto power-off after ~15 minutes. The impact-proof housing (139 × 47 × 25 mm, ~100 g) runs on 3 × CR2032 cells — a handy meter for building, flooring and restoration work.
