Major Tech MT630 Single Input Digital Thermometer

The Major Tech MT630 is a single-input digital thermometer for J and K-type thermocouples, covering −200 to 1372 °C with a K-type probe and −210 to 1100 °C with J-type. Accuracy is ±(0.5% + 2 °C), with selectable 0.1° or 1° resolution and °C, °F or K units.

MAX, MIN and AVG readings with a relative time reference help capture key events, an electronic offset compensates for probe error, and data hold freezes the display. It suits industrial processes, laboratories, food processing and HACCP checks, and HVAC work. See the MT630 datasheet.
