The Major Tech MT1885 is a heavy-duty true-RMS industrial multimeter designed with the solar industry in mind, measuring DC voltage up to 1500V alongside AC voltage to 1000V. A 6000-count backlit LCD with 61-segment bargraph keeps readings clear, while Bluetooth sends live data to the Major Tech app on Android or iOS for logging and sharing.

Its double-moulded IP67 case with O-ring seal shrugs off water and dust, and non-contact voltage detection turns the backlight red above 110V AC as a built-in warning. It’s a step up from the MT1882 for anyone working on PV arrays, battery systems or high-voltage DC.
