The HIKMICRO M31 is a handheld thermography camera for detailed field inspections and fault-finding. Its sensitive 384 × 288 VOx thermal detector and manual focus give clear, accurate images of electrical, mechanical and building faults.
A 3.5″ LCD touchscreen makes it quick to review and annotate images, Wi-Fi sends results straight to a phone or PC, and two batteries of around 8 hours each keep it running through long inspection rounds. Typical uses include switchboard surveys, motor and bearing checks, insulation and roof moisture surveys, and steam and compressed air leaks. It sits in our test and measurement range between the M20W and the higher-resolution M60.
