The HIOKI RM3548-50 Resistance Meter measures from 0.1 mΩ to 110 MΩ using 4-terminal Kelvin measurement for accurate low resistance results. Built-in HI/IN/LO comparator judgement supports efficient pass/fail testing in production and maintenance environments.
The HIOKI RM3548-50 resistance meter delivers high-accuracy resistance measurement across an exceptionally wide range — from 0.1 mΩ for low-resistance contact and conductor testing, through to 110 MΩ for component and insulation resistance checks. Four-terminal (Kelvin) measurement eliminates the effect of test lead resistance from results, which is critical when measuring resistances below 1 Ω where lead resistance would otherwise introduce unacceptable error.
The built-in comparator function provides HI / IN / LO judgement against user-defined thresholds, enabling fast and consistent pass/fail decisions during production testing, incoming inspection, and maintenance verification. USB connectivity links the RM3548-50 to a PC for data transfer and documentation — supporting quality management and traceability requirements in industrial measurement and testing environments.
