HIOKI BT3554-51 Battery Tester (9465-10) | UPS Battery Testing

The HIOKI BT3554-51 battery tester is engineered for on-site UPS and industrial battery maintenance. By simultaneously measuring internal resistance and open-circuit voltage, it delivers instant PASS / WARNING / FAIL diagnostics without interrupting the battery’s host system. Results are captured and saved in as little as 2 seconds using the auto-hold and auto-memory functions, dramatically reducing the time spent on large-scale battery bank inspections.

The BT3554-51 uses proprietary noise-reduction technology to maintain stable readings even when inverters and other noise sources are present — a common challenge in active UPS environments. It is supplied with the 9465-10 pin-type lead set and stores up to 99 measurements in internal memory for later transfer. The optional HIOKI Z3210 Wireless Adapter enables Bluetooth® data transfer to the GENNECT Cross app for report generation and data management in the field.
