This makes it suitable for applications where the logger itself cannot be placed at the measurement point, or where surface or liquid temperatures need to be recorded alongside ambient conditions.

Using the free Kestrel LiNK app and Bluetooth Low Energy connectivity, users can view real-time readings, log historical data, set custom alerts, and export records directly from a smartphone or tablet.
