The M255 Modbus Controller combines power, flexibility, and ease of use—making it an ideal solution for industrial gas detection and monitoring applications. Designed for demanding environments, this advanced controller supports up to 255 connected devices while significantly reducing wiring requirements across your system.
Equipped with four Modbus RS-485 channels, eight 4–20 mA analog input channels, and eight onboard programmable relays, the M255 allows full system customization. Relays can be configured to trigger on any event for any individual sensor or group of sensors, providing complete control over alarms, shutdowns, or auxiliary equipment.
A vibrant 10” color touchscreen offers real-time visibility of gas detector readings, alarm status, and system activity. Its intuitive menu navigation simplifies setup, configuration, and ongoing system adjustments, ensuring operators can manage large installations with confidence.
Engineered for industrial reliability, the M255 includes a 2-year warranty and is Nemko listed to UL 61010-1 and CSA C22.2 No. 61010-1-12. Additional analog relays and expansion options are available through the M255 Expansion Module for facilities requiring further system growth.
