The Series GFC Gas Mass Flow Controllers use a straight tube sensor and a restrictor flow element to provide exceptional accuracy and repeatability. The controllers feature an electromagnetic valve and PID electronics, ensuring continuous control by comparing measured sensor signals to flow rates.
