The DMF features straight tube sensors with restrictor flow elements to ensure precise results even with temperature and pressure variations. Additionally, it can handle various control functions such as flow set point, totalizer, stop totalizer, totalize from preset flow, stop and preset total, and auto zero.
With an auto-tune function, the DMF optimizes control response for specific gases under actual process conditions. Plus, it has self-diagnostic tests to ensure optimal performance. Calibration information for up to 10 gases and conversion factors for up to 256 different gases are stored in memory, so you can program high and low gas flow alarm limits via an RS-485 interface.
The DMF also supports programmable flow modes, allowing you to execute custom programming of up to ten steps.
