The Wisdom Intrinsically Safe LED Headlamp (ISH-CREE) is a certified explosion-proof headlamp engineered for hazardous work environments where flammable gases or dust may be present. Supplied by Hinco Instruments in Perth, WA, it meets international safety standards for mining, oil & gas, chemical and utility work.
Carrying CSA, ATEX and IECEx approvals (compliant with AS/NZS 60079.11), the ISH-CREE is designed to prevent spark risks in explosive atmospheres. A tough, sealed housing with a built-in gas-release valve keeps out water and dust to IP67.
A high-performance CREE LED delivers 216 lumens on high (100-metre beam, ~5 hours) and 100 lumens on low (~12 hours), running on three AAA alkaline batteries. The adjustable, non-slip strap fits securely over a hard hat for hands-free use.
