Wika SA-11 pressure transmitter delivers accurate and reliable pressure measurement for sanitary applications. It features a stainless steel case and wetted parts, 4–20 mA output, and a temperature range of -20 to +150°C.
The WIKA SA-11 is a pressure transmitter designed specifically for sanitary and hygienic process applications. 3-A marked and EHEDG-certified, the SA-11 meets the stringent hygiene standards required in food and beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology applications where clean-in-place (CIP) and sterilise-in-place (SIP) processes are used.
With measuring ranges from 0–250 mbar to 0–25 bar, a 4–20 mA output, and supply voltage of 10–30 VDC, the SA-11 features a stainless steel case with IP68 ingress protection — suitable for regular washdown and immersion. Its flush diaphragm and hygienic process connections ensure no dead zones for product accumulation.
Hinco Instruments supplies WIKA sanitary instruments in Perth and Western Australia for the food, beverage, dairy, and pharmaceutical industries.
Key Features of the WIKA SA-11 Sanitary Pressure Transmitter
The Wika Flush Pressure Transmitter is suitable for viscous and solids-containing media. The flush process connection enables cleanability with the wetted diaphragm integrated into the process. For high medium temperatures of up to 150 °C, the pressure transmitter is also available with an integrated cooling element.
Wika UPT-20 and UPT-21 submersible pressure transmitters measure liquid levels and pressure accurately. They are available with a flush diaphragm and optional HART® protocol.
The Wika S-20 Superior Pressure Transmitter is a pressure transmitter for general industrial applications has good accuracy and a robust design. Measuring range from 0.4 to 1600 bar and different output signals, e.g. 4-20 mA, DC 0- 10 V, DC 1-5 V and others.
