The Wika Flush Pressure Transmitter is suitable for viscous and solids-containing media. The flush process connection enables cleanability with the wetted diaphragm integrated into the process. For high medium temperatures of up to 150 °C, the pressure transmitter is also available with an integrated cooling element.
The WIKA S-11 is a flush diaphragm pressure transmitter designed for measuring viscous, contaminating, or crystallising media that would clog or damage a standard port-connected transmitter. The flat, non-clogging diaphragm sits flush with the process connection, ensuring reliable pressure measurement in difficult media without obstruction or buildup.
The S-11 outputs a 4–20 mA signal and is available across a wide range of pressure ranges. For high-temperature media, an optional integral cooling element extends the maximum media temperature range. Pressure ranges from 50 InWC to 8,000 psi are available.
Hinco Instruments supplies WIKA flush diaphragm transmitters across Perth and Western Australia for the mining, food, chemical, and water industries.
