The RKC SA100 is a socket-mount (plug-in) digital PID temperature controller, DIN-rail mountable, with universal input and autotuning.
The RKC SA100 is a compact digital PID temperature controller that plugs into a DIN-rail or panel socket, so wiring is done once and a unit can be swapped in seconds. It accepts thermocouple, RTD (Pt100) and DC voltage or current inputs, with autotuning PID or ON/OFF control.
Control output can be relay, voltage pulse for driving a solid-state relay, or current, and alarm functions are built in. Economical and easy to replace, it is widely used in OEM machinery, ovens and dryers, packaging and heat-sealing lines, and process heating panels. See the SA100 datasheet.
