The APCS FRT150 Accurate Frequency Transmitter converts pulse and contact signals to DC, supporting frequencies from 100Hz to 5kHz, with output ramp option, up to 18Vdc or 50mAdc, sensor excitation, 2000Vrms isolation, and front adjustments.
The APCS FRT150 is a DIN-rail signal conditioning transmitter that converts pulse or contact frequency signals into a proportional DC output for PLCs, indicators and recorders. Input ranges run from 100 Hz to 5 kHz, and the output can be up to 18 V DC or 50 mA DC, with an optional output ramp.
Built-in sensor excitation powers proximity and speed pickups, 2000 Vrms isolation protects the control system, and zero and span are set from the front. Typical uses are machine, conveyor and pump speed monitoring, turbine and flow meter pulse conversion, and adding analogue speed indication to older equipment. See the FRT150 datasheet.
