ABB CM10

The ABB CM10 (ControlMaster CM10) is a flexible 1/8 DIN universal PID process controller with a full-colour TFT display and an intuitive operator interface that makes configuration and day-to-day operation straightforward. It accepts up to two universal inputs – thermocouple, RTD, millivolt, milliamp and voltage – so a single unit can be applied across temperature, pressure, flow and level control loops. Control functionality includes on/off, analogue PID, time-proportioning, split-output and math & logic, with advanced autotuning to commission loops quickly and hold a stable set point.

Modbus RTU and Ethernet communications let the CM10 integrate into new or existing control and SCADA systems, while the scalable hardware and software mean you specify only the inputs, outputs and relays an application actually needs. Housed in a compact panel-mount case with an IP66-rated front, the CM10 suits industrial and commercial installations from heat-treatment and packaging machinery to water and wastewater dosing.
