The Wisdom KL8M Miners Cap Lamp is an ATEX M1-certified, professional-grade underground mining light built for the harshest industrial environments. Supplied by Hinco Instruments in Perth, WA, it pairs high-intensity output with a large-capacity battery for long shifts in low-light conditions.
The KL8M delivers up to 430 lumens with a 330-metre beam, ideal for navigating mine shafts and tunnels. A high-capacity 10400 mAh lithium-ion battery gives up to 13 hours of run time, recharging in about 5.5 hours via the included desktop charger, with a red/green LED charge indicator.
IP68 waterproof protection handles wet, muddy and dusty conditions, while the stainless-steel adjustable bracket mounts securely to any standard mining helmet. A 1.6-metre cable connects the battery pack and lamp head.
