Tramex Moisture Encounter Plus

The Tramex Moisture Encounter Plus is a non-destructive, pinless moisture meter for building materials. It measures moisture below the surface of wood, plaster, drywall, brick, concrete, tiles and roofing without making holes, simply by placing the meter on the surface.

Building inspectors, restoration and flooring contractors, painters and property managers use it to find leaks and damp, check whether materials are dry enough to finish, and document water damage.
