The B&C Electronics TU 8325 and TU 8525 Turbidity Sensors use infrared nephelometric technology, offer Modbus and 4-20 mA outputs, and suit submersible or in-pipe installations.
The B&C Electronics TU 8325 and TU 8525 turbidity sensors measure turbidity by the nephelometric method (ISO 7027 / EN 27027), using an infrared light source and a 90° scattered-light detector, with lens status detection for consistent readings. They install submersed or in-pipe for drinking water, wastewater and industrial water monitoring.
The TU 8325 adds an external air nozzle for automatic cleaning, and both models provide a 2-wire 4–20 mA output plus Modbus for easy integration with controllers and SCADA.
