The Kuh Kai water aerator from Royce Water Technologies speeds up biological wastewater treatment by breaking sludge and air into fine particles inside a 65 cm pentagonal cylinder. Its 80 × 130 mm opening resists clogging, even in denitrification zones where other aerators block up.
A low-pressure design cuts aeration power costs by 20–40%, and the air-lift effect keeps sludge from settling while improving oxygen transfer. With a stainless steel body, moulded resin interior and no propellers, it is durable and easy to maintain.
