The FS-200 Adjustable Series, including the Shuttle Type Alloy Flow Switch, adds versatile external adjustability.
The Gems FS-200 Series is a shuttle-type flow switch that signals when flow in a line drops below, or rises above, its set point. A magnet in the shuttle operates a hermetically sealed reed switch, giving 1% repeatability and long service life in high-volume systems.
Bodies are available in bronze or stainless steel, with fixed settings or external adjustment across a defined range, including the Shuttle Type Alloy Flow Switch. Typical uses are lubrication circuits, cooling water, machine tool coolant, chilled-water loops and pump protection. Ranges and connections are listed in the FS-200 datasheet.
