The WIKA 990.10 is a diaphragm seal with threaded process connection, designed to isolate pressure gauges, transmitters, and switches from aggressive, viscous, hot, or contaminating process media. By separating the measuring instrument from direct contact with the process fluid, the 990.10 extends instrument life and enables measurement in applications that would otherwise damage or clog standard instruments.
The 990.10 uses a flexible diaphragm to transmit process pressure to the fill fluid, which in turn actuates the connected instrument. Threaded process connections are available in a wide range of materials and sizes to suit specific process conditions and media compatibility requirements.
