The Minebea Intec FLOW-X4 Process Controller is an all-in-one solution for continuous flow weighing systems. This compact unit seamlessly integrates an operator interface, PLC, digital signal processing and powerful control algorithms. Designed for direct control of charge or discharge processes from weigh-hoppers, the FLOW-X4 offers intelligent features such as an indefinite material-flow top-up mode and user-friendly material and parameter databases. With communication via serial interface, fieldbus or Ethernet (TCP/IP), this flexible controller ensures efficient, precise flow control for a wide range of materials, even under challenging conditions. It provides direct valve and feeder control, manual or fully automatic material adaptation, a totaliser function, and the intelligent top-up mode for uninterrupted material flow.
