The HIOKI BT3561A battery hitester is a benchtop instrument built for automated production line inspection of small battery cells, modules, and packs up to 60 V. It simultaneously measures internal resistance using the AC-IR method and open-circuit voltage (OCV), giving production engineers the data they need to make fast, accurate PASS / WARNING / FAIL quality decisions without slowing the line.
