It is a precision AC impedance and voltage meter that simultaneously measures internal resistance (AC-IR) and open-circuit voltage (OCV) using a four-terminal method, enabling rapid quality assessment of lithium-ion cells and packs. It offers micro-ohm resolution (down to 1 µΩ), voltage measurement up to ±60 V, fast sampling (as low as 4–10 ms), and integration via LAN/RS-232 for automated test systems.
