CS Instruments VA 525 Compressed Air Flow Meter
The VA 525 inline flow meter is a compact thermal mass flow sensor designed for measuring compressed air and gases (typically nitrogen) in industrial systems.
The VA 525 is a compact inline thermal mass flow meter which measures mass flow and outputs standard volumetric flow without requiring separate pressure or temperature compensation. It features an integrated flow straightener (eliminating the need for upstream/downstream pipe runs), no moving parts for low maintenance, and high accuracy across a wide flow range. The unit supports analogue (4–20 mA, pulse) and digital communications (Modbus RTU/TCP, Ethernet, M-Bus), includes an integrated display, and is suitable for pipe sizes from ¼″ to 2″ with operating pressures up to 16 bar.
