The SUCO Hex 27 Pressure Switches offers reliable diaphragm and piston pressure switches for demanding applications. Each model is compact, easy to install, and built for long-term use.
The 0140 / 0141 models work up to 250 V. They use zinc-plated steel, include silver contacts, and offer IP65 protection. These models handle overpressures up to 300 or 600 bar.
The 0170 / 0171 switches support up to 42 V and also use silver contacts. They are factory-set with adjustable hysteresis and rated for overpressures up to 700 bar.
The 0180 / 0181 versions work at up to 250 V. Like the 0170 series, they include silver contacts and factory-set hysteresis. They also support high overpressure values.
Choose the 0183 model if space is limited. It’s only 51 mm tall, works up to 250 V, and covers 100–400 bar. It uses a piston design and includes adjustable hysteresis.
The 0186 / 0187 switches have stainless steel bodies. They suit both diaphragm and piston options and work up to 250 V. These models also offer high overpressure protection and suit EPDM-TW or silicone diaphragms up to 35 bar.
Use the 0190 / 0191 models for low-voltage signals up to 24 V. They feature zinc-plated housings, gold contacts, and adjustable hysteresis.
Finally, the 0196 / 0197 switches combine gold contacts with stainless steel housings. They support low-voltage circuits and perform well in harsh environments.
