The Lutron CC-421 is a compact loop calibrator that packs four instruments into one hand-held tool. For technicians commissioning or troubleshooting process loops, it removes the need to carry separate sources and meters into the field.
The CC-421 can generate a precise milliamp signal to drive an indicator, read back the current a transmitter is producing, output DC millivolts, and supply loop power to two-wire devices – everything needed to prove a 4–20 mA loop from one instrument.
