DwyerOmega HF In-Line Flow Monitors

The DwyerOmega Series HF In-Line Flow Monitors offer accurate and cost-effective flow measurement. With a design based on a floating sharp-edged orifice disk and variable area flow measurement, these Flow Meters provide an accuracy of ±2.5% over the center one-third of the scale. They require minimal maintenance.

Looking for an accurate and affordable in-line flow monitoring solution? Check out the DwyerOmega HF In-Line Flow Monitors. These Flow Meters, supplied by Hinco in WA, feature a unique design that uses a floating sharp-edged orifice disk and variable area flow measurement.

They deliver accuracy of ±2.5% over the centre one-third of the scale and can handle fluids with viscosities up to 500 SSU. The Flow Meters also require minimal maintenance thanks to their sealed metal tubular casing.

The DwyerOmega HF In-Line Flow Monitors track the linear motion of flowing media using a transfer magnet and sharp-edged orifice disk. The magnet follower outside the flow tube clearly indicates flow rate on the direct reading scale. Rubber bumpers protect the Flow Meters from external impacts.

You can mount these Flow Meters horizontally, vertically, or inverted. They also do not require inlet or outlet straight plumbing. For best performance, we recommend system filtration of at least 74 microns or a 200 mesh screen. Some applications may also require magnetic filtration.
